Shipping Returns
Shipping Policy
Vanessa Skin Care uses either FedEx or UPS for shipping. Typically orders are shipped within 3 business days after an order is placed. Shipping to a location in the continental United States usually takes between 3-5 business days.
However with Covid-19 shipping times may be delayed. Vanessa Skin Care is not responsible for shipping delays due to Covid-19 or for any other reason.
At this time we are only selling to the continental United States. However we are working hard to increase our reach around the Globe and will update our site when this becomes possible
After you place your order an E-mail confirmation will sent within 48 hours that includes tracking information.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do offer refunds. To be eligible for a refund, not including shipping costs, the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unopened/unused, in their original packaging.
Any Items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund.
If an item is opened or used, any refund will be at Vanessa Skin Care’s discretion. These returned items may be eligible for store credit.
Any item returned more than 30 days after receipt is not eligible for a refund.
If you are requesting a refund:

Your refund will be processed and the final decision will be sent via E-mail.
What if I receive a damaged/faulty product? What do I do?
If there is a problem with an item, please send an E-mail to customerservice@vanessaskincare.com as soon as possible. Please include as many details as you can including pictures if possible of the damaged/faulty product. We will resolve any problems as quickly as we can.
Exchanges
At this time we do not accept exchanges.
What is a Final sale?
A Final Sale item is not eligible for return or for store credit.
