After bathing or showering massage into wet skin in a gentle circular motion, let sit for a few minutes then rinse well with warm water, pat dry, and then apply a skin moisturizing body cream.
To avoid excessive exfoliation start once per week. If needed increase to 2-3 times per week. Don’t scrub too hard, let the scrub do the work.
Pay extra attention to rough, dry areas, be extra gentle on sensitive areas. Body scrubs should not be used on the face.
