At this time we are only selling to the continental United States. However we are working hard to increase our reach around the Globe and will update our site when this becomes possible.
No. You can place an order as a guest. However to use promotion or discount codes you must set up an account. Setting up an account means you will have access to future discounts and promotion sales not available to the general public.
We accept all major debit/credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Your confirmation will be E-mailed to you within 48 hours after placing an order.
Vanessa Skin Care uses either Fedex or UPS for shipping. Typically orders are shipped within 3 business days after an order is placed. Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days. However with Covid-19 shipping times may be delayed. Vanessa Skin Care is not responsible for shipping delays due to Covid-19 or for any other reason.
As a guest or member, you will receive a shipping confirmation E-mail with a tracking number.
No. Once an order is placed it is final.
- Refunds
Yes. To be eligible for a refund, not including shipping costs, the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, in their original packaging.
Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund.
If a returned item is opened or used, any refund will be at Vanessa Skin Care’s discretion. These returned items may be eligible for store credit.
Any item returned more than 30 days after receipt is not eligible for a refund.

What if I receive a damaged/faulty product? What do I do?
If there is a problem with an item, please send an email to customerservice@vanessaskincare.com as soon as possible. Please include as many details as possible including if possible pictures of the damaged/faulty product. We will resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
- Exchanges
At this time we do not accept exchanges.
A Final Sale item is not eligible for return or for store credit.
- For skin creams an unopened container has a shelf life of 1 year. Once the container is opened the shelf life is 6 months. Maximum shelf life 18 months.
- For exfoliants an unopened container has a shelf life of 1 year. Once the container is opened the shelf life is 6 months. Maximum shelf life is 18 months.
Note- exfoliants last longer if no water is introduced to the product. If water is introduced the exfoliant it may become contaminated quickly.
This depends on how much you use and how frequently. Most products will last two to three months.
Our products are made from all-natural ingredients, are plant sourced, and are certified organic and as such are considered safe to use during pregnancy and breast feeding.
However it’s always best to be cautious so consult your physician first.
A skin patch test should always be done before using a product for the first time.
Yes, all products have been tested by us and by an independent third party for safety and sensitivity.
Please perform a skin patch test before using any all-natural, organic products for the first time to determine if you will have an allergic reaction to an ingredient.
Raw materials are Globally sourced. We are continuously updating our supply chain in order to obtain the finest quality, certified organic ingredients available. Global supply is necessary since many of our raw ingredients are only available from specific regions of the Globe.
Our products are lightly scented with lemongrass essential oil.
